Francesco Paterlini Italian, 1987

Francesco Paterlini (b. 1987) was born in Brescia, Italy and lives and works between Brescia and Pietrasanta. After a law degree he moved to Pietrasanta in Italy, where he studied traditional sculptural and painting techniques.

Some of his prestigious collaborations include working with the historic Studio Cervietti, as well as the Turner prize winning artist Douglas Gordon. He has an upcoming permanent commission Stone Venue on the occasion of Brescia and Bergamo’s nomination as the Italian Culture Capital of 2023.
